2021 Annual General Meeting

Dear Members,

Please find below the Notice of our AGM, to be held: Date: Sunday 25th July 2021 Time: 10.00 am Venue: Clifton Beach Surf Life Saving Club This is a Special resolution of the Board of the Incorporated Association, Clifton Beach Surf Life Saving Club to alter the Constitution of the Association

Background

The intention to change the financial year of the organisation from 1 May to 30 April to be 1 July to 30 June.
The members acknowledge that for the year 2021/2022 the year will begin on 1 May and finish on 30 June.
Each following year will commence on 1 July and end on 30 June.

Resolution

Pursuant to the Constitution and the Association Incorporations Act 1964, the undersigned being all the officers of the Association, hereby resolve:

In clause 8.1 delete the words after “Financial Year”…“ means the year ending 30 April in each year”… and replace it with the words … “means the year ending 30 June in each year.
